From elegant lounges with panoramic views to salsa clubs full of rhythm and energy, there are options for all tastes and styles; The impressive skyline of the city is dominated by imposing skyscrapers that rise against the horizon, reflecting the economic boom and urban development of the region. However, beyond its modernity, Panama preserves charming colonial neighborhoods such as Casco Viejo, where cobblestone streets and colorful colonial houses narrate centuries of Spanish colonial history.

HOUSE RULES AND COEXISTENCE RULES.
It is a pleasure to host you in our beach apartment with homely warmth. We hope to provide you with a memorable experience and we hope you enjoy your stay in Panama.
First of all, we want to remind you that we have rules and regulations for coexistence within the PH and within the apartment.
Guests must comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration towards other vehicles in the neighborhood.
Inside the apartment there are objects and decorations that are provided for use and to beautify the place. Remember that these are from the apartment and are not reminders of your trip and that if they are lost or damaged, they will be charged for. So that you can enjoy the beautiful view offered by Playa Nueva Gorgona, seen from our apartment, we have placed chairs and a table on the balcony. Remember that these will be used under your responsibility.
1. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the social areas of the PH.
2. Parties and events are not allowed.
3. Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed. The maximum capacity of the property is
6 people.
4. Quiet time after 11 p.m.
5. No eating or drinking is allowed in the rooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
6. When using the laundry area please use liquid soap to help us keep the laundry supplies in optimal condition for a future opportunity that you visit us.
7. Dispose of trash in the trash container.
8. Please use the pool only between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.
9. Keep a close eye on your children while they are on the balcony.
10. Pets are not allowed.
11. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when you
leave the house. Don't forget to close the windows and lock the door.
12. Report any damage and/or breakage in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the amount of the security deposit must be paid by the guests. These will be charged directly to your card, generating additional costs.
13. Wash the dishes and dispose of the trash before checking out. This must be on the day of your departure at 3 pm at the latest. When scheduling the departure of the apartment, the keys will be received by the host or server, verifying the condition of the apartment.
Remember that failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the PH may result in costs charged to your name and will be deducted from your credit card (or other penalties).
The condominium offers you a stay full of tranquility and comfort where you will find a swimming pool for adults and children, a terrace with a BBQ area and a pleasant bar, as well as a large coworking space equipped with high-speed internet, where you will find everything you need to work and have a fantastic stay.
